I find the coaching concept to be of great assistance. It helps to keep me focused and engaged in the development my business. It allows us to share ideas; stay connected and helps to keep a sense of camaraderie with my classmates. It also forces me to be accountable to myself and to the group. There have also been occasions where I have discovered ideas or strategies that are working for other team members that immediately turned on the idea light bulb. I would encourage anyone to take advantage of this opportunity.
